 Payment Methods: We accept credit cards through our online secure shopping cart through PayPal. For Mail orders we accept checks, money orders and bank drafts in U.S. currency. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s. Customers' current phone numbers (home and work) with address must appear on all orders being paid by check. If you have an unlisted phone number, we will respect your privacy. We will call you (and the shipper will call you) only if it becomes absolutely necessary. And we will not give your information out or sell it.There is a $35.00 bounced or returned check fee.

Prices: The current Firebox Models retail price is always posted in our check -out menus. We run our business in an honest and up-front manner. Prices are not negotiable.

Returns/Exchanges: A refund or credit will be provided if the un-opened item is returned by the customer within ten (10) days from the date of sale. Please e-mail prior to returning items and explain the circumstances causing the return. Opened items subject to a restock fee.

Sorry, we cannot refund shipping expenses.

Shipping and Handling: CONTINENTAL USA: Most domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance and confirmation of delivery for tracking. Bulky, heavy and high value items may be billed at exact charge. Please provide a street address for all deliveries. UPS/DHL shipping is also available upon request, but subject to a different rate.

Insurance Liability Coverage: United States Postal Service (surface or air): A maximum of $600.00 per shipped carton, with the exception of Great Britain which allows a maximum of $1200.00. Federal Express (FEDEX) has a maximum of declared invoiced value per shipment.

Sales Tax: Colorado residents will be charged the appropriate sales tax. Mail orders for delivery outside of the state of Colorado will not be taxed. Internet Online orders are not taxed for non-Colorado residents
